Vanessa has an investment property in Rosanna which is currently tenanted. She got in touch with us because she suspected that the gutters at her investment property were blocked. She had no way to tell as the gutters had a Gutter Guard screwed on top. We booked her in and Juan from the team attended. He unscrewed every inch of the gutter guard to discover that the gutters were choked. The amount of debris that had slopped through the gutter guard was just incredible. We removed all the debris and then washed the gutters and flushed all the downpipes. Vanessa was blown away when we showed her the before and after photos.
