HAZARDOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL ExperienceI can't believe how terrible our experience was. We woke up to an overwhelming smell of bleach in our apartment, making it hard to breathe. Upon investigating, we discovered that our terrace was soaked in bleach, resulting in irreversible damage to our clothes hanging outside. My partner tried to salvage what she could, but ended up with bleach on her feet and stains on her shirt.When I confronted the worker outside, who was using a hose to clean the render with bleach, he simply shrugged and offered a half-hearted apology. There was absolutely no warning or communication about the hazardous work being done—no safety protocols, no notifications about potential harm to our property or health. It was completely unacceptable.To make matters worse, they left our windows and terrace in a filthy state, with a puddle of bleach and a horrendous odour lingering in the air. This entire experience was not only damaging but incredibly unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. Your safety and property could be at risk.UPDATE:I’d like to correct myself that they were cleaning the render, not the gutter.They reached out and tried to resolve the issue by cleaning however everything has been cleaned out already by myself. Aman was apologetic and willing to pay for the damages. A timely resolution in cleaning the mess could have been better, not to comeback for another day that could left us inhaling bleach. An increase in safety precautions would be much appreciated for future works as well. Nevertheless, the effort is appreciated as he respectfully expressed his apology, therefore changing my one star review to three.

Worst job ever. My patio was flooded the pvc roof supposed to be cleaned but was worse after supposed clean. Told my downpipe cleaned but wasn’t even though owner not there and supposedly had before and after shots. Told problem with my guttering and needed silicone as gutter had gap between it and fascia. Never had problem there before. Told I need that fixed before they would return to clean patio roof. Problem was staff had not put two tiles back hence leak. Told my downpipe was blocked after completely flooding my patio and then told they had cleared it. I had never had problems before this. They did not clean my carport gutters and downpipes and paid full amount begrudgingly before realising this. Now waiting for repayment of work not done. Never use this company again and warn other people about thinking of using them. Be warned. Was pleasant to staff and owner and his wife who came up with all excuses under the sun. More or less treated like a fool and liar. Owner never on site until problems and I was told he had before and after photos. Only had after photos after! I asked Michael why this had happened and he had removed tarps. I was in lounge room ironing and he said he had knocked on my window, front door a fury as had front door open and wire door locked, asked why he had not rung front door bell said he had but I never heard even though ironing a few metres away. Had the foresight to phone the boss Aman though.

Great company. Cannot recommend enough. They squeezed me in ( almost a pun …). The two lovely people who cleaned the windows (Juan and Juliana)were friendly and so good at their jobs. Went above and beyond in every way. It was a pleasant experience all round. Awesome job. Thank you 🙏🏻

Just had my window cleaned by this company and they did such a great job. All my glass door n window is spotless now. Very satisfied with the service, the owner Aman & Michelle also very friendly and helpful. The staff were professional as well and I couldn't be happier with the result. We had Juan clean out our gutters and a laserlite deck roof and did a fantastic job. The job took a lot longer than expected but he was thorough and also helped clean our neighbour's property when some of the spray from the roof went over to their property (despite being overdue for his next job). We really appreciated the work done and the customer service leading up to and following the job by Michelle. Would highly recommend the Squeegee Squad. It is clear they take a lot of pride in what they do!
